Term: Email Problems - Email Solutions
There can be many different types of email problems. Here is a list of some of them: Problem sending email Problem receiving email Recipient does not receive our email Email has an file attachment that is too large Unable to access corporate Email when using a hot spot or cable service at home Getting too much spam Company server is blacklisted PDA or Blackberry not getting email Historically, email was a freebie that came with web hosting packages that cost under $10 per month. The email was not used extensively and it was not mission critical. As time has marched on, email can be an essential part of an organization's communications. However, as the use of email has risen, and the limitations of traditional email increased, the need for support has increased. Email ends up being complex because of the technology and the reality that there are a lot of people who are seeking to malicious acts. Organizations have become so frustrated that they would "like to scream". The bottom line is that it is time to rethink email and realize that email has often become a mission critical utility. The reality is that for a small amount of money - $5 - $10 per month per user it is possible to have industrial strength email that will virtually eliminate spam and provide organizations for a single point of contact for help with any email issue. Our experience in providing this server for many years to many organizations is that they usually convert to our service when they are frustrated and are loosing revenue because of email issues. Often the issues we resolve are nothing to do with us, but save customers time. For example, one customer called to report that they could not get email on their laptop. We helped them check out their laptop - to discover they had a problem with their email client. Another client called us to say they could not access their email. We asked who was their Internet Service Provider and could then let them know that the provider had changed its domain name servers and had caused problems for all their customers. Another customer needed a special port number for them to access corporate email servers from hot spots and another needed to access their corporate server from home, where they had a cable provider.
